Evaluating
Professional Development Resources Selection and Development
Criteria, a publication by PRO-NET 2000.
This publication provides the field with information on what
comprises "quality" professional development resources. It
provides a set of criteria and indicators to (1) help program
and professional develoment staff select and evaluate professional
development materials and resources, and (2) help professional
developers and researchers prepare and develop quality resources.
The criteria are organized into four categories: Appropriateness
of General Content, Appropriatness of Design an Delivery,
Quality of Research Base, and Ease of Adoption/Adaptation.
